Your co-ordinator introduces the wedding party into the room. Traditional order is :- Bride's parents, Groom's parents, bridesmaids, groomsmen, maid of honour, best man, flower girl, ring bearer and lastly the newly-weds. If you like we can arrange a toastmaster for you to ensure the day runs smoothly, or if you prefer a more relaxed approach, then please ask your co-ordinator who will be pleased to take up the role for you.
Before the meal, the best man can toast the happy couple. If you are having more than three or four speeches it may be more entertaining for your guests to have them in-between courses or to do them all together after your meal.
After dinner this is your time to move into the garden's and mingel, before your evening guests start to arrive. make the most of the time to relax a little and speak to those rarely seen relatives. You may also want to use this time to change into something more comfortable and freshen up, or even a chance for some photographs.
